Your Mission: As a QA Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our quality assurance efforts. You'll develop and monitor test coverage, continuously automate tests, and challenge the organization to ensure top-notch quality of our delivered features.
Key Responsibilities:
Testing and Validation:
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and developers to craft an effective testing strategy.
Define and implement diverse testing protocols and scenarios, including manual, regression, end-to-end, functional, and performance testing.
Develop and execute automated test scenarios.
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, ensuring the final product meets the original requirements.
Guarantee software quality, encompassing maintainability, performance, and security.
Team Support:
Oversee and monitor testing activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Implement best testing practices across the team.
Advocate for the widespread adoption of automated tests to boost productivity.
Innovation and Improvement:
Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements to propose innovative testing solutions.
Provide recommendations for quality development and continuously improve QA practices.
Actively participate in Agile rituals and engage with the QA community within the Group.
Your Profile:
Extensive experience in web application testing.
Proven expertise with UI automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or alternatives) and BDD frameworks (Cucumber or alternatives).
Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI).
Hands-on experience in an Agile environment.
Background in working with software publishers.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and SQL.
Familiarity with Postman.
Creative, autonomous, curious, rigorous, and proactive.
Advanced English skills are mandatory.
